I was born and raised in America's Dairyland, a state that's rich with stories and at the heart of American politics. My work has been featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, USA Today, PolitiFact, Wisconsin Watch, The Capital Times and The Daily Cardinal, and I'm currently finishing up my last year studying journalism and political science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

My mission as a journalist is to tell stories that capture the human emotions, relationships and impacts behind decisions made in marble statehouses. I believe incorporating community voices and narrative elements into my writing makes my work more engaging and relatable.
